The Private Residence Club is a FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP consisting of 11 (8 shares per unit), 2 bedroom/2 bath residences. Located in WaterColor south of Hwy. 30A, this building is directly across from the WaterColor Beach Club, FOW Restaurant and the WaterColor Inn. Each owner owns a 1/8th interest in a specific unit and is guaranteed to receive 5 weeks per year with additional stay opportunity if avail. Owners receive one week per season and a fifth bonus flexible week. It is a great alternative to full time ownership on the beach in a professionally managed setting. Secondary bedroom has 2 king size beds. Units are non-rentals so only owners, friends and guests may stay.
